Who we support
We support adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling, independent lives at home.
Every person we support is an individual. Two people with the same diagnosis can need completely different support, so we never start with a label. We start with the person, their strengths, their goals and the things that get in the way, and we build care around that.
We support people in their own home and out in the community, working alongside families, social workers and health teams so that support joins up rather than working in isolation. Choose an area below to see how we help.

Our approach to support
Led by the person, not the label
Good support is not done to someone, it is built with them. We take time to understand what a good life looks like for each person, and we keep checking that the support still fits as things change.
Not sure if we can help?
If you are not certain whether the support someone needs fits, just ask. We will be honest with you.
