Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website and understand our information. Here is how we try to make that happen, and how to tell us what works for you.
Our commitment
Good care starts with clear, accessible information. We design this website to be straightforward to read and use, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That means strong colour contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, full keyboard use, a visible focus outline, and layouts that work when you zoom in or use a small screen.
Information in a format that works for you
We support the aims of the Accessible Information Standard, which asks health and social care providers to identify, record and meet people’s information and communication needs. If you would find it easier to receive information in another format, please tell us. We can talk things through by phone or WhatsApp, and we will do our best to provide information in a way that suits you, for example in plain language, large print or by reading it aloud with you.
Telling us your communication needs
When you contact us or make a referral, please let us know if you or the person you are referring has a particular communication need, for example easy read, an interpreter, or a preferred way of being contacted. We will record it and take it into account.
If something is not accessible
If you come across any part of this site that is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please contact us at info@copperconnectcare.co.uk or call +44 7722 045805. Your feedback helps us improve.
This is a staging website built for Copper Connect Care. The accessibility statement should be reviewed and confirmed by Copper Connect Care before the site goes live.
