Caring for Wandsworth since 2017

Care built around the person, not the task

We believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable and secure in their own home. We take a person-centred approach, shaping support around each person’s needs, goals and preferences.

We work closely with families and, where relevant, with community multidisciplinary teams such as GPs, social workers, occupational therapists, mental health coordinators and district nurses, so that support joins up around the person.

In their words

What the CQC said about us

People were supported by staff that underwent a comprehensive induction process to familiarise themselves with the provider’s policies, people and the roles and expectations of the role. Induction training was delivered in line with the Care Certificate.
