How we are regulated
What the Care Quality Commission checks
The CQC inspects every provider against five key questions. These are the standards we are held to, and that we hold ourselves to.
Safe
People are protected from avoidable harm and abuse.
Effective
Care and support achieves good outcomes and is based on good practice.
Caring
Staff treat people with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.
Responsive
Services are organised to meet each person’s needs.
Well-led
Leadership and governance support good, person-centred care.
People were supported by staff that underwent a comprehensive induction process to familiarise themselves with the provider’s policies, people and the roles and expectations of the role. Induction training was delivered in line with the Care Certificate.Care Quality Commission inspection report
Our promise
Standards you can hold us to
Regulation is a floor, not a ceiling. If anything about your or your relative’s care ever falls short, we want to hear about it and put it right.
