Care Quality Commission
Copper Connect Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Registration means we are inspected against national standards for safety and quality of care.

The Care Certificate
Every new member of staff completes an induction aligned to the Care Certificate, the agreed set of standards that health and social care workers are expected to meet before they work unsupervised.
