Work with us

Our staff are the backbone of our organisation. If you are kind, reliable and want to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.

Current roles

Open vacancies

Care worker

  • Full-time and part-time
  • Wandsworth and South West London

As a care worker you will support adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and autism to live as independently as possible.

No two days are the same. You might support someone with personal care and medication, help with cooking and the weekly shop, or simply be there for a chat and some company.

We provide full training and ongoing support, so experience is welcome but not essential. What matters most is that you are kind, reliable and want to make a difference.

Why join us

A team that backs you

We want our team to thrive, grow and develop their skills. You will be supported from day one, with a full induction aligned to the Care Certificate, and training in supporting people with a learning disability and autism. You will have a manager who has your back.

Competitive pay
Full training and a Care Certificate induction
Career development and the chance to gain qualifications
A supportive, inclusive team
Flexible hours to fit around your life
