Compliments, concerns and complaints

Your feedback helps us improve. Whether you want to praise a member of our team, raise a worry or make a formal complaint, we want to hear from you.

Last reviewed June 2026.

We are committed to providing safe, kind and high-quality care. We do not always get everything right, and when something is not working we would much rather know, so we can put it right and learn from it.

Raising a concern or making a complaint will never affect the care or support that you, or the person you care about, receives. You will always be treated with respect.

Compliments and feedback

If a member of our team has done something well, please tell us. We share compliments with our staff, and your feedback helps us understand what good care looks like for you.

Raising a concern informally

Often the quickest way to resolve something is to talk to us. You can call us on +44 7722 045805 or email info@copperconnectcare.co.uk, and we will do our best to sort it out straight away.

Making a formal complaint

If you would prefer to make a formal complaint, or an informal conversation has not resolved things, you can contact us in writing by email or by post. It helps if you can tell us:

  • your name and how to contact you
  • the name of the person the complaint is about, if that is not you
  • what happened, with dates if you have them
  • what you would like us to do to put it right

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, look into it fairly, and write to you with our response and any actions we are taking, within a reasonable timeframe that we will agree with you.

If you are still not happy

If you remain unhappy after we have responded, you can ask others to look at your complaint.

  • If your care is arranged or funded by your local council, you can contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, the independent body for complaints about adult social care.
  • You can also tell the Care Quality Commission about your experience of our care. The CQC does not resolve individual complaints, but it uses what people tell it to monitor the quality and safety of services.

If someone is at risk of harm

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call the emergency services on 999. If you are worried that an adult is being abused or neglected, you can contact the adult safeguarding team at the person’s local council, who have a duty to look into safeguarding concerns.
