The care platform
Rotas, visits and care records live on Kindround, which we use to run the service. It is a separate system with its own address, and it is the only place you should ever type your work password.
Check the address before you sign in. It must read app.kindround.com. We will never ask you to sign in from a link in a text message, and we will never ask you for your password over the phone.
If you cannot get in
- Your account is set up by the service, not by you. There is no way to register.
- If you have forgotten your password, use the forgotten password link on the sign in page.
- If you have never signed in, ask the office to send you an invitation.
What is on there at the moment
The platform is being built with us as the founding service, so parts of it are still being written. Anything marked as not built is specified and coming. If something on there looks wrong, tell the office: that is the whole point of us going first.
