Care and support in South West London

Person-centred care for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism across South West London.

Care in South West London

Copper Connect Care is based on The Broadway in Wimbledon and supports adults across South West London. We began in Wandsworth in 2017 and have grown to support people in the boroughs around us.

We help adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and autism to live as independently as possible at home and in their community, with care shaped around the person and reviewed as life changes.

Across the region we provide supported living, respite and interim placements, domiciliary care and outreach, and personalised care plans, from a few hours a week to round-the-clock support.

Each borough has its own local authority and its own character, so we have written a guide for each area we serve. Choose your area below to learn more, or simply get in touch and we will help you find your way.

Local context

Arranging care and support in South West London

South West London is made up of several London boroughs, each with its own council responsible for adult social care under the Care Act 2014. We work with these councils, with the NHS and with families across the region.

The area is well connected by rail, Underground, tram and bus, which helps the people we support stay active, attend appointments and keep up with work, education and the things they enjoy.

Wherever someone lives in South West London, our approach is the same. We get to know the person, we plan their support with them and the people who know them best, and we keep a consistent team around them.

How to arrange care here

  1. Choose your local area guide below, or contact us and tell us where you are.
  2. If council funded care may apply, your local council can carry out a Care Act needs assessment.
  3. Families, social workers and commissioners are all welcome to refer or enquire.
  4. We assess together, agree a personalised plan, and introduce a settled team.
